No Apology for the truth.

I have mentioned a time or to about being a preacher for almost 30 years now, and at times I hit on hard times and did things I am not proud of. I backslid and lost most everything. One person who never gave up on me was the Almighty God. But now God has given me one more chance to prove myself and by the help of the Almighty God we think we might have a chance to make it. There was a time (which I have spoken of a few times) when there wasn't anything We could not ask God for and he wouldn't do, to the point to where I thought I was invincible, I sinned as everyone does.

Well this time around its got to be totally God's will or we won't do it, and there's going to be those who are not going to fully understand, but that's the way its got to be. I hope that anyone who reads this will agree that, it's got to be God's will or no will at all. Jesus please be Jesus in me. I was reading a book from a guy who some have said some terrible things about, but when you preach and teach the real TRUTH of God, then you're going to face persecution from those who profess also to be children of God. This man grew up in a Sabbath keeping household which he hated because it made him different then his friends, and they made fun of him. He could never do any of the school plays, football, or any sports. Well, that's the way it goes when you stand for the truth. But at his young age he didn't want the truth, he wanted to be like all the other normal kids.

Not only did they keep the Sabbath, they didn't celebrate Christmas, Easter, or halloween, (or any dead saints day). As a kid we celebrated Christmas but to be honest with you, I cannot remember too many of them and I guess that's the way it's supposed to be. Well as I read on about this young man it brought to mind my own family, how as they were growing up, I had come into the truth of God, and I realize the scripture that says if a man puts his hands to the plow and turns back he is not fit for the Kingdom of God. Thank goodness that God is who He says He is, long suffering and merciful. Because I feel for the first time in a long time that God has totally set me free from my past sentence of death by sin and been forgiven.

I really don't know where I stand with my children, they may hate me for the way I brought them up in the word of God , I do not know. But I cannot and I will not apologize for what I believe to be the whole truth and nothing but the truth of God in which I an in no way ashamed. The bible tells us to train up a child in the ways he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it. As I was talking to my oldest the other night she said a few things and she knows that it's not right. She said. "you know you did raise me." The next in line is trying her hardest to live the truth and having a hard time because when you are married to an unbeliever it's hard. Then there's my son, now I totally don't know where he stands on it, but I can only believe what the word of God tells me, that they will return to God and the truth.

Now, there is the wife, a pagan from birth lol ( just kidding ), who has served God on Sunday, (the day of the sun), and celebrated all the holidays, (not holy-days), then she began to seek God for truth, and wham, God, through the Holy Spirit, began to open her eyes to the truth about things she had done all her life. Friends and family it's not until you pick up the word of God and begin to read and study in sincerity that God reveals His truth. There is another scripture that says, "As for me and my house we will serve the Lord", In truth, honor, sincerely, and in obedience we will, and if any has a problem with that, we got one word for ya, PRAY.

God is the greatest , put your trust in Him, you'll be glad you did.

Oh no, where did he go.

Hello all, hope this finds all doing well. It's that time of the season once again, people are out and about getting together gifts and food in preparation for the day ahead. At this time in the blog we won't even give the day a name for the name means nothing any more. Let us remember one thing, blogging is about our feelings, is it not, expressing our views and thoughts. We have wondered for many years now why people keep saying let's put Christ back into christmas. May I ask when was He ever in christmas? When I was growing up we can't even remember a time at our house or at friends and families houses a sign of Jesus Christ anywhere, so why do we try now to put him back into it, shame shame.

As we were growing up we weren't a christian household neither was any of the others, except for my great great grandma. We were never lied to as children are today by telling them that there is a Santa, spelled differently (Satan). People as well as parents don't realize that waiting a long period of time traumatizes the kid, and causes distrust in the parents. Oh well I guess that doesn't matter anymore. its tough when the day comes that you have to tell the kids that all those times you were leaving those cookies and milk for Santa, was merely for you and daddy. Or when you took the kids to the mall to sit on Santa's lap that he really wasn't Santa at all just some jolly old man in need of money and a job that time of year.

You see even I, not being a bible scholar can tell you from reading the bible that there was only one thing to do, (only 1 ) the Lords supper and foot wash. He said, "as oft as you do ,do in remembrance of me", even though as oft doesn't mean every time you want. Everybody wants to put Jesus Christ back into a day He never was in in the first place, Everyone uses the excuse tjat Jesus is the only one not getting a gift, which is true Have you ever thought of how they are shaking their heads at the fact that they see billions of people every year go out and spend billions on billions of dollars to modern day Babylon. I understand in writing this that this is my beliefs and understand there is others that believe this way, and we're not trying to change anyone's beliefs, only God can do that. So instead of always saying let's put Christ back in Christmas, lets just leave Him out, He was never ever there in the first place.

He never celebrated it and His apostles and disciples never celebrated it. If you do your homework, it was celebrated many hundreds of years BEFORE Christ was ever born!! So keep celebrating the day, just leave Jesus out of it.

How about a happy me day.

Hello Everyone it's the anything goes Dude, again, here to bring you another off the wall blog posting, yea, yea. I know. As we begin to get started on this I was thinking, we have a day for everything and everyone. We have Arbor day, Martin Luther King Jr. day, probably in the future a Barack Obama day, Valentines Day, Presidents day, Johnny Appleseed's day, St. Patrick's Day, then we have Dr's Day, Pet owner's day, Earth day, Goose day, Mother's day, Kite day, Circus day, theres A Power of smile day, Father's day, First day of summer day, there's Independence day, Flag day, we have Picnic day, Moon day, Bert's day, there is Parent's day, National watermelon day, National Friendship day, Roller coaster day, National Aviation day,
we also have Labor day, National Grandparent's day, First day of fall day, Columbus day, Farmer's day, there is also a Sandwich day, a Hug a bear day, Thanksgiving day, Wright brother's day, First day of winter, and Christmas day, Dang i'm tired now, and there is still Memorial day,Veterans day, and New years day.
This is all I could find and there's probably more. But that's 40 days out of the year and 41 if you count the future Barack Obama day. I was sitting here thinking humm wow thats 40 days, and we only recognize 9 of them. That's a waste of days. We celebrate Flag day,Columbus day. Independence day. Labor day, Memorial day,Veteran's day, Christmas day, Thanksgiving day, New years day. Why can't we petition the President to add a few more of these off the wall days to national holidays?

I just don't think that 9 days out of 365, is enough time to recuperate after a hard year of work. Ok, ok, some get more days off around Thanksgiving and Christmas. But then not everyone does. A few more days off a year with pay, wouldn't hurt. I don't think anyone's gonna complain about having a few more day to themselves a year with pay. If you don't agree, raise your hand, and and we'll slap the dung outta ya. If we could get the President to make more holidays, say make Valentine's day a paid day of leave, I'd be willing to buy a $5.00 heart shaped box of chocolates for the wife that day. And I know we all will go for St. paddies day off, who wouldn't want a paid day to drink green beer all day long? Wow, here's a good one even the Prez's wife will go for this one, Hug a bear day, get it, lol. Heck even I will go for this one myself, Hug a bear day, it'll probably be the only hug I get a year.
See I ain't and never will complain about our National days off, esp Thanksgiving and Christmas that has to do with giving Thanks to the Most High God. But, being a human being as I am, I know that there's people out there who will agree, that we need more paid days off. There are jobs that give you the day off, even pay you for the day on your birthday, and even pay you extra if you come on in to work.
So, Mr President, we need your help, (if you want to, take a day off tomorrow with pay, to consider our petitions), you know the days we have off, we're not asking for the moon and stars, just a few more days (With) pay. Now we're not trying to be greedy, Sir. But we only brought before you 3 more days, but wait, to show the American people that your a good Guy, 12 days aren't that many either, why not give us all 40 and add 2 more. Go ahead and make the Barack Obama day to go with the other 40 with pay, and call these days Giving Back to the People Days.

How about one other suggestion to consider. You know the sick days and vacation days and all the days we just asked for with pay. WE'LL trade ya all of them for our choice of days of our own with pay, and we want to to call them, Happy Me Days. I know it sounds funny as all get-out. We want you to know it has only one catch. Happy me days will only be for the Working class people, not You, not the Employer, just us, and it will be any days we choose to take off, with pay, without having to answer, or repercussions. Now Mr President, the balls in you court, how will you play it. It will help you in the polls with your popularity. So take the day off tomorrow, and have fun, with pay, and we'll be waiting to hear back from you.
